advice for a clone 91

I post this question to you Bax because I have always received good advice from you and the engine I am having problems with is,I am told,is a O.S clone. I have a ASP 91. the problem is that, no matter how I set the tune, every time I turn it nose down it will shut off in less than 3 seconds. It will lean out and just shut off. It does this at idle or full or half throttle. I have changed the tank, all fuel lines, glow plug, and removed the baffle from the muffler. I thought there would be enough fuel in the line to run the engine longer than it does and on any of my other planes it is. The engine is new and was broke in right. Could this engine get that bad of fuel consumption? By the way I was wondering if having a remote needle valve have any thing to do with it.

RE: advice for a clone 91

Since we have no experience with ASP engines, we can offer no advice. I do not know if they are or are not exact "clones" of O.S. engines. Please ask your question in the General Glow forum. We're not able to offer advice on engines we do not service and support.

Thanks any way. I removed it and replaced it with a 91 four-stroke. You guess which one. Hint, if I have any problems I will ask you.
