thats exactly what i was thinking, hey fastguy record a video of you trying to start this cr500 you want so we can all sit back and laugh because you will be lucky to get it to turn over once

a 450 4 stroke will be plenty of power (probably too much) and they are alot easier to ride and some of the motocross versions come with electric start, my mate has a 450 4 stroke and i can bearly hold onto it because it pulls so hard even if i am sitting in 5th gear going slow and i give it to it it almost tears me off it and throws dirt all over the place

Fastguy thats a ktm 250 sx, jacob he is 14 years old and never ridden befor, I think a 250 and 450 shouldnt even be and option, he needs a 125 2 stroke or a 250f four stroke, then after a few years of ridding he could then get a 250 or 450.

No Fastguy is 14, never ridden before, and wants a 500 but says he is geting a 250, The ktm 250 sx you can buy anywere but not with those flames on them that was probably done custom, that bike looks like it set up for freestyle, the other bike, the ktm 640 is cross country/enduro bike basicly its a street bike that you can ride on fire roads, If you are looking for a ktm they will be alittle more money and there not any better than a YZ or CR personanlly I dont think they're as good as a yamaha or honda

Hey fastguy if you aint rode a bike before , a CR 500 will kickback and send you into next week, Try a big wheel CR80 , that should keep you amused for a day and the rest of the week you can strip the engine and do a complete rebuild, and then strip down all moving parts on the bike and regrease them, it will need it after you have blasted it around a desert track and sand dunes for a day, crossers dont last long if they dont get good maintainence.
