How fast are you?
I was surfing earlier and came across this web site and now I want to see how I stack up against my fellow rcu'ers

I got 87 in the first try.. but might be able to improve slightly if I try again.. but that's about it.. I know there are folks that can type a lot faster than me..

40 words per minute. not bad for a dyslexic guy who kept making spelling errors. that also means iv gained 2 words per minute sense i had a typing class my senior year of high school

woooot, 92! I've always been a fast at typing, Since about 10yrs taught myself old on a old apple..Mind You I make a couple mistakes but a quick "backspace" it's nothing lol

Haven't done it recently, but in 6th grade I scored 70 wpm on one of these....I'll try again on Sunday using your test.[8D]

75wpm, no errors. Not really an accurate test as it's not a real sentence and I have to READ it and then type it, which won't happen in the real world. Even so, not bad for a guy who never formally learned how to type, no?

For my freshman year typing class two years ago, I averaged like 45 wpm. But I cheated on that. I type much faster when I am typing my own thoughts rather than type something that I am reading.
