Packers and Stillers

That way our office pool has me head to head with a co-worker for the win. I'm a Bears fan and all (not die hard though), but $$ talks.

Ain't that the truth. And Jerry Jones? He should just sit back and be owner and not be manager. Wade Phillips was too scared to stand up to Jerry and tell him like it is. So, Jerry's harebrained ideas corrupted the coaching staff's planning and even training. Granted, Wade was also to blame too; there were times he was lax on the players when he should be enforcing practice times, player conduct, etc. Ask anyone who is in a team environment, be it a sport, at work, or even in the military: individual discipline is a must to make the team as a whole work efficiently and function perfectly. Debacles like PacMan Jones is a sign of that lack of individual discipline. A player with an attitude will not play his best for the team because he has it in his head that he is better than everyone else and does not have to perform his best because he thinks the rest of the team is not worthy of him. Wade should ave dumped him way earlier.

Even Jimmy Johnson, one of the Cowboy's most successful coaches, butted heads with Jerry about making the team a winning team.

And don't even get me started about Jerry and great and legendary Tom Landry.
