Rustler with LIPO batteries
Hi everybody,
My friend just bought a Rustler VXL and he wants to go faster.
They have actually the stock batteries - Power cell 8.4v 3000mah and I need to know if upgrade rustler
vxl
battery to 11.1V lipo, Can they use my 8.4V 3000mah Traxxas plug or all of the lipo need to modified Traxxas plugs and should upgrading his battery charger? Which charger is fit?

Here go again. Better off spamming your batteries in another forum. Not much traffic here .
You probably should have posted in the off-road section (Rustler is considered off-road truck) and not in the off topic section for more people to see.

If you rely on others for answers, from what I read the Rustler has what two types of battery choices and you must what set up for the battery you want?
Since I don't deal with the other battery you can add a 3S higher Currant and larger cap for what you want, speed as well the speed gear... read the info in the manual at traxxas
https://traxxas.com/products/models/...-vxl?t=support
off road thread is where rustler threads are or jsu tthis site went down hill.
