I don't like walmart. I'd rather go to Kmart and pay the extra 2.00$ and get in and out than sit in a line for 15 mins.

Ahh I see now. +1 on the costco, thats where my parents shop and jewel which is a branch of albertsons. Of course my parents dont go to the store I work at which is a Certi-Saver foods store. Oh well.

I've never heard of BJ's or Sweet Bay, but the others minus Sam's Club are within 20 miles of me. I also don't like Wal-Mart, and Target is expanding to Target Greatland (not Super Target which also has a full stock of groceries, produce, and meat. Target Greatland is basically a regular Target that has a larger inventory, and a pharmacy), so I'll probably be going there for most everything. They do charge more, but there are less people and more friendly employees.

Off that list only Walmart and Sams. We use to have K-mart and Albertsons but both of them closed down, and I haven't heard of Sweet Bay or BJ's.
The only big grocery stores in my town are Walmart, Sams, and HEB's. Our Target is getting added onto though, from what I've heard is going to be changed to a Super Target.
Personally I like Randals but we don't have one in my town.

BJ's is like Costco, not as good as costco though, at least I think so... I've never heard of hannaford, Albertsons, or sweetbay. Maybe they are more over in the west. Anybody heard of stop and shop, starmarket (aka shaws), whole foods?

i vote sams club because i can AFFORD to be a member
but outher times when i dont fell like driving all the way out to my mall where its located i just go down the street and by stuff at copps

My parents shop at Costco, because we're a family of four, we eat a lot. [:-] For things that aren't available at Costco (certain products may not be availble at times) we shop at Jewel and Target. Costco has great samples on the weekends, that's the only reason I'll go.
