Whos friends hate r/c cars?
Just wondering because my friends get mad whenever I talk about rc cars because they hate them and think they are childish.

My friend's wife totally hates oure nitro Savages. We take them out daily and bash them and as soon as we fire 'em up, She always says "Oh Lord!"
One of our neighbors down our street has treatend to shoot are Savages with a shotgun the next time we pass her house (Tee Hee!

Yeah, we did give her grief however. After she first complained about the noise, the act that caused her to threaten shooting them is when my neighbor & I ran are Savages into her yard, knocked over her trashcan (trash day was the next day), and tore up her flower bed.
In the end, I think she has the right to make the threat. We were down-right mean to her when we did this dastardly and dispicable deed.

my friends think its cool. one of my classmates and his brother saw it at a park, he thought it was insane when i got to school
but then again, my best friend wanted to get into rc, then he saw me getting frustrated wtih my mini-t, and he gave up the idea cuz he got lazy. then he saw my nitro buggy an he thinks its sweet. as long as i play soccer with him (which is my least-liked sport), he doesnt really care. i let him drive it a couple times, and i drove it to his ankle hard. not a good way to start something lol.

I say ditto to every reply in here, LOL. Yeah one of be "best" friends thinks it's lame, only because he's never seen them in action, but it doesn't bug me much when he says crap about them or the facial expressions he has when I talk about them considering he plays "World of Warcraft" like theres no tomorrow

My friends next to my house like it and have an 18t. My dad has driven my t-maxx.....a couple times. He doesn't really think it is all that interesting. MAybe thats because we didn't have any jumps out.

I can't think of any friends who hate rc cars but I can think of a few who roll their eyes whenever me and my friends talk about RC stuff, not surprisingly they are usually girls.

I went to this small hardwere shop and i told him about i had a modle car that had a strip screw he said bring it in and he would work on it, so the next day i bright it in and he was amazed with the alloy and the cf, so he went on and on asking questions about them and i evan gave him a little demo of the car out on the street. Did not get the screw fixed

well all my friends hate them exept for this one kid i know he owns an Xceleraotr and whenever he breaks it he goes to me to strip the darn thing down, now hes locked up his motor and yeh lol, my friends say that only gay people own nitro cars and i say ' call me gay then cos i love these danr things' but meh, its just cos they cant afford them

LOL, ther was this one kid older than me and he had a radio shack hummer and had some speacial engine in it, os i changed him to a jumping contest on the weekend at the school, because there was a lot of snow piled up and it would be a great place for a jump! HIs reply was is that he has to rebiuld his shocks and that it will be a wile. So i waited 2 weeks and finally got him to go. HE jumped his out like 4 feet, inwich i was impressed about, so i pull out my revo start ti up and just lanch it at wot of this weard jump, biggest air i have ever cought, i had like 4 seconds to control it in mid air and it was kinda strainge. Needless to say, 20-30 feet beets 4 feet. My frinds still think of the $20 walmart cars all the time.
