Man I just saw that Nitendo WII in a Best Buy Flier today, and *** where they thinking when they made that controller?? I dont see how little 7 years olds are gonna figure it out Looks pretty complicated

It's actually super easy. Maybe I will save up a little extra for the PS3, but its still spendy.

The main thing is I can get the 360 premium with three games cheaper then the top of the line PS3 with zero games.

Seek and Destroy

I picked xbox 360 because I like my xbox, and the graphics are great. Plus that nintendo thing just looks like a toy to me. Especially the controller, it looks like a tv remote.[sm=50_50.gif]

Yes it does look like a tv remote, but the motion sensors are cool. I like how it can adapt to steering wheels and light guns super cheap though.

The WII's controller just looks like something that can be broken very easily. I don't know much about the WII and I don't plan on finding anymore info on it as I just look at nintendo as pure crap now(even though they don't make that bad of products any more). Just after N64 I can't even stand looking up Nintendo stuff. I'm not a big gamer(never was) so who am I to talk about this stuff.

Ha! I played one earlier today at game stop... they have they're demo systems set up and t is WAY more fun than a 360 on a high def TV playing Halo 2

Looks can be deceiving

I played excite truck and you turn the controller sideways and button 2 is gas... you turn it to turn and when jumping you can tilt it to land right... and for those of you graphics skeptics... it has an ATI Graphics card in it and it looks AWESOME

Excite Truck will be even cooler when the the steering wheel add-on is released ($20, included with some racing games).

my opinion is even though the xbox is a way more powerful system as far as graphics performance, range of games and so on. my vote had to go for the wii simply because its soo cool. i mean sure ps3 and xbox 360 are just WAY better versions of the old systems, but Wii is something completely new, never done before, and it looks so fun. plus it has all the classic mario and zelda games. imagine a ninja game where u can actually swing a sword, or like star wars game or something. it would b awesome

I'm definately no fan of the XboX 360. love the games and graphics, but the hardware quality downright sucks. <No Surprise Microsoft> who the H--L releases a system that over heats??? My nephews XBoX360 started giving error lights during the summer. He picked up a repair kit because Microsoft only gives a 6 month warranty. we took it apart and replaced the cheap thermal grease with Arctic silver. The 360 worked great for the next few days before it overheated again and gave the error lights.

As for the Wii.. looks innovative, and if they come out with decent *realistic* boxing games I *may* pick it up. I loved the full body motion boxing games Dave & Busters had in their arcade. Mind you my fiancee may never take me there again *remembers showboating like Mohammed Ali, with 30 people standing behind him watching and his fiancee off to the side feelin quite embarrassed*

Can't say much about PS3 until it hits the market and I can actually give it a test ride, I don't care much for media hype.

Well the thing is, the blu-ray technology is for more than just watching movies, the cd's hold over 25 gigs of information. The 360 already has games in production that are gonna be on 3-4 CD's. I would hate to have to get up and put in CD 2 in the middle of the game.

what ever happened to the days when the super nintendo was the only choice we could make! that was so much easier then having 3 virtualy "computer" gaming systems...
heres my vote, nomatter what you get you will prabably be happy with your choice...

... still haven't gotten my Wii... with 2 shipments with 40 of em at each store... around 8 stores around me so 640 Wii's have been sold out... I got there an HOUR after the store opened and they were all sold out because they decided to open at 7 on Friday rather than the 10 o clock they told me...

For all you PS3 fanboys..

I played one today (NBA 07) and uh.. don't be impressed. It's choppy... Movemets were decently smooth, but for the price? Get te 360.. seems much better quality than ths PS3 INTERNALLY.. BUT, the PS3 is sexily huge on the outside..

But nah, the PS3 isn't too great.. i'd have to say the 360 will be the "BEST" console this generation.

I played PS3 at SonyStyle, what a waste of money, glad I didnt buy one. Tony Hawk said himself he was extremely unimpressed with how his game turned out of the PS3. The motion sensor in that type of controller is pretty lame. I played a 360 for the first time this weekend and it was sweet, definately the one to get. As for the Wii, I read a bunch of people have broke their TV's from the controller slipping and cracking the screen...Ill pass on that one.

that strap looks cut... I know for a fact you HAVE to be trying to crack a screen like that... a 7 year old girl can NOT have that force to break the strap and break a reap projection TV
