Ok, if you chucked a stick, rock and tyre down the side of a hill, what would reach the bottom first?

Not the stick, because that would get stuck - so it's a toss up between the rock and the tyre. If the tyre and the rock were the same size then the rock would do far more damage on the way down, but the tyre should be faster...

I think this means that for bashing rocks are the way to go, but for racing tyres are a must-have... .[sm=confused.gif] The stick could be made to look nice and displayed as a shelf queen.

Thats because you guys missed the first thread. Someone (not gonna mention names+I forgot lol) asked what the most durable vehicle is in the traxxas mt thread.............and asked them not to mention a traxxas product. The thread grew to like 5 pages in half an hour and we all talked randomly about racing rocks and how to modify them and if tires should have training wheels. My opinion is a carbon fiber stick takes all

naw a carbon fiber perfectly round replica of a rock would own. I mean it would be the strongest, still very light, and would roll the fastest.

Wow, best of all worlds there, round like a wheel, size of a rock, and lightness of a carbon fiber stick.
