Default buying land?

this was just a spur of the moment random thing that just poped into my head but did get my attention

now the area i have in the backyard isint very big like 75x55 at its largest (75 feet long and 55 feet wide) and im trying to build a track back there but i have to do everything by hand and even so theres weeds and grass poping up everywere cause well... its in the woods but having some open land just for some like ATV riding and building an off road track would be just great but how much would say a 12 or less acer plot of land cost and like what would you have to do to officialy say its yours?

just thinking it would be fun just to have my own little off road zone for the street illegal trucks and ATV bashing and to have allot of space to put what ever track desighn i want down because i'll be able to have dirt delivered rite to were i need and i can get a bob cat to do all the work instead of shovels and rollers

just a random thought of mine but it is actualy a pretty good idea i think it would be fun to do

and allso keep in mind that i dont realy know what an actual acer of land is but yeah...

Out here its $5000 an acre in the country, you could spend easily spend a few million buying that much land in a populated area.

well an acre of land is 43,560 sq. ft. all depends on where the land is, what the land looks like, whats on the land, etc... Do some research, lots of wetland protection laws now that might prohibit what you want to do.

yeah well im only 16 but i did talk to my dad about it and he may be looking into it in abought 2 years or so plenty of time

but actualy what hes gona be looking for is anywere from 15 to 30 acres and there could be a cabin involved some were in there which would be preety sweet

a nice wooded area with a big flat open area would be preety sweet but we got 2 years till we will actualy start to concider it but im preety shure that its gona happen

Poor city folk, we have 600 acres with creeks and woods and fields and hills and dirt and trails and anything else that might make you think "this is so unfair"

almost the same here,we just purchased a second house for my parents next door.
it is about 2/3 of an acre which we bought for 34,000.Its a nice wooded lot and the house is being built for 140,000.
There is another lot behind the new house and we're thinking about that too.
ahaha I even got the builder to build me a huge work bench and storage in the garage for the rcs!

Hey, its florida! If those spinny water storms steer clear, I'm sure the market will recover.
