so i was just wondering what types of computers r people using out there?

i have

brand: gateway
desktop or laptop: desktop
operating system: windows xp professional
processor and speed: intel core 2 duo 1.86GHz
amount of ram: 1gb
amount of stoage on hard drive(s): 1/2tb (500gb)
do you like the performance? kinda.

i also have:

brand: compaq
desktop or laptop: laptop
operating system: windows xp home
processor and speed: amd sempron 1.75GHz
amount of ram: 2gb
amount of stoage on hard drive(s):40gb [:'(]
do you like the performance? could be imporved in some areas

I have built all the computers I have owned. I used Dell at work and they were excellent.

Compaq Presario R4000 laptop
AMD 64 (2.2 Ghz)
80 gig internal, 300 external HD.
1 gig ram
Running XP with office 2007 and Vista skin...

Performance is decent, could probably do with a bit more ram though...

i duno how much ram it has or any of the technical stuff and maybe so of you might but i got a Dell Dimensions - 4600 and the only thing thats been put into it is a fire wire card for my movie films

Do you like the performance? For being purchased in May of 2005, it's not bad. It was the second highest model of the zv series.
