For any Schumacher lovers out there (are there any other than me? Heh), here's a quick thread about a guy racing his Cougar2 and/or TopCat recently for fun. Some good pics of his restored cars in there (and in that forum area in general).

Yeah, the driveshafts are like that on my Bosscat...er, only not alloy/aluminum/shiny/whatever.
But then, they're not really thicker than the Stampede ones, so....

Have fun racing your B44...
Owensboro got a champion that I like.. Nicky Hayden!!

They would beat me also, man they can drive real good!
LB ive been getting my butt kicked at Albion, but I dont care it's a fun track.
And I have the owensboro golfland crew right there beside me.
Here's my results from Sunday last week. The top qualifier was d-dub i think I'm not sure, and Stallard took his first place victory as always.
People have told me at Albion not to worry about beating Stallard because he always gets 1st.
It was so much fun reguardless. I'll probably get killed at the winterblast in 2-3 weeks from now.
But it will be my first championship race so that is all that matters.

RE: THE LOUNGE 2
True! Never seem metal driveshafts like that before, eh?
This guy's shiny pics is what got me hooked - he's the guy who sold me the Bosscat. Good guy. He's got a load of Schumacher buggies. Kind of like Lee's alter-ego on the Schumacher buggy side of things (as opposed to Tamiya onroad)

I wonder if I will ever have that many NIB.. probably never.. I'd be building all of them up, ha ha ha ha!! No self control!

I should correct myself - this guy actually does build most/all of his Schueys - he just has a boatload like Lee has a boatload of Tamiyas. Every time I look at pics of his buggies, I want to get another vintage Schumacher...but then reality sets in (parts support), so I just end up looking at the pics.

RE: THE LOUNGE 2
Anyone here use Stormer Hobbies? I've heard of them, and might get some Imex wheels/tires from them. Looking at the All Ts (first pic), or the Baja (second pic)
Will run on the Pede, in the street, grass, dirt, whatever.

They look good!! I say go for it!!

Besides, the rims are still listed as "coming soon" and I can't buy them - but I can if I get 'em pre-mounted.
I'll want new rims, as it's just easier - I'll be selling my stock Pede rims/tires, don't want to bother trying to getting them unglued (boiling) and ruining the tires or rims.
