New Puppy!
My girlfriend and I went puppy shopping today, and came home with a cute (and cuddly) Papillon pup! We just decided on a name, Jade, and she is about 25 weeks/6 months old. Kind of old for a puppy but she was smaller than most of the Papillons we looked at. She has all of her shots, papers, and she is already spayed.
And just a little fact, Papillon means butterfly in French, and their ears look like the wings of a butterfly, and that is how they got that name for this breed.
Here is a picture of Jade -
(Sorry for crappy and small picture, was taken with my cell phone.)

RE: New Puppy!
Nice, be sure to teach it right from wrong when its young. I have a pommeranian/rat mix mutt which is super nice and likes to cuddle with everyone "also loves food". Then we have a pure bred yorkie which is extremely annoying and bites everyone. I guess it depends on the mix and how their raised. Shes just spoiled rotten in my opinion. So yes teach it right from wrong right away![&:]

Yeah, tomorrow she is going to be started on her training, just the usual stuff, sit, stay, come, lay down, go to bed, fetch, and other stuff. Luckily she is already housebroken.
So far we have noticed she loves to be warm (she is in my GF's jacket right now just peaking out the top, lol!), and she loves to cuddle, but she doesn't seem very hyper, but that might change once she gets used to being in a new place, and she hasn't barked at all since we brought her home.
Hopefully she doesn't get too stressed out from having to go from Oregon to Arizona in a couple weeks though.... 2 new homes in that short of time might freak her out, hopefully not.

RE: New Puppy!
You should teach it to sit on one of your 8th scale trucks and get it to ride it bronc-style!
J/K, but I have chihuahuas, and those little things are rather brave, they have no fear trying to chase down my 5th scale RCs!

That's crazy that they will chase your 1/5's, my doberman (properly named Nitro , who also gets along just fine with small dogs, he got along with my GF's chihuahua) is afraid of my all of my RC's now. He learned the hard way not to bite the tires of a RC moving at 35 MPH.

RE: New Puppy!
Pups are great! So cute an all, but when they grow p, that is when they are the best.
Small dogs, unfortunately, keep their puppy mentalities throughout their lives, which can be very annoying.
