RE: Did anyone notice smaller forums?
ORIGINAL: RCKen
I have sent an email to Marc (RCU's owner) to find out what is going on with this issue and will report back to this thread with an answer if Marc doesn't post one himself. However, without hearing from Marc I would venture an educated guess that this is in preperation for the roll out of our software upgrade. This upgrade has been in the works for over 6 months, and we've been testing it for about month now. I've spent a lot of time on the new software and there a lot of features that users are going to enjoy. This should be rolling out in the next couple of weeks or so, although I don't have an exact date from Marc yet on when the roll out will happen.
But in regards to the issues here, I'll pass on the answer from Marc just a soon as I hear from him on it.

We'll see how it does. This is most important with our upcoming major forum upgrade which if all goes well will be live in a week or so. With alot more going on in the upgraded version we are being careful to ensure efficiency and speed.

Now it's back to 25 posts per page in the threads..... Have the new features been released yet and they just aren't in plain site yet or have they not been released yet?

RCadmin (Who posted on page 1) is the creator/owner as far as I know. And he said they did it for speed reasons, but with it back to normal size I really didnt notice any difference in loading speed.

No, the new upgrade for RCU has not been released yet. Trust me, there is no way that you are going to miss it. When we launch the new software it will be quite evident that we have upgraded. I've been helping test out the new software for many weeks now and I can tell you that there are a lot of new features that will be available for everybody to use. But trust me, you won't miss it when we do the rollout.
