Default The Sims 3?

So who has the new sim's 3? anyone else playing it? how do you like it?

I got it few days ago, there;s so good moments but seems pretty boring for me then again i guess you have to be into RP games to play the sims.

I do like tho they you can fully model your homes and then see it being used etc i think that's the funnest part for me building the houses and watching them be used.

Also being able to fully customize the sims that's another nice job i think.

I bought it for my girl yesterday (no dig intended, I used to play the original myself, although I used to always cheat and make myself a playboy billionnaire ).

I'll post up what I think later on, cos I KNOW she is gonna make me sit and play it with her for at least the first couple of hours.

Completely different game on the iPod, can't do hardly anything compared to the PC version.

I had it like a month ago. I loved being able to build houses, but the rest of the game is quite boring. If you want money fast just type Ctrl + Shift + C, I believe and type in "motherlode" minus the quotes in the bar. But just copy it so you can paste it fast right when you open the cheat bar again. It gives you 50k btw.

You used to be able to separate cheats with a semicolon ';', so you could type 'rosebud; ' (with the space, but without the quotes), then paste paste paste to your hearts content. When you hit enter, you got like 50m all at once. Does it still work like that?

I have 2, but I just build and furnish buildings, never play the actual "Sims" part...How's the builder in 3 compared to 2?

I refuse to play those games anymore. I spent so much time making sure my sim was well fed, well rested and as happy as possible that I started neglecting my own needs lol.

I used to play simcity. never played the sims though, what fun is controlling a family when you were already king of the city. building roads, water lines, parks, museums etc.
