while i do love Honda's and many other fast cars, i like them all stock with regards bodywork, i even prefer stock alloys over aftermarket ones everytime.

but.. each to their own.

ps: i'd love an Integra Type R [&o]

Honda love!

Clean your engine bay! Why do you think I'm not showing off my own beautiful F20C? Cos it's FILTHY!! lol.

I'm late to the Honda party, but I intend to stay a while. As I've mentioned a few times in the forums, I used to be into V-dubs.

After killing off the S2000, there's no interesting offerings from Honda at this moment, though... [:@]

yeah foxy the complete car needs a good cleaning.i dont use this now only summer use as petrol is a joke here again now its gone up through roof again.so i use it sometimes weekends maybe just.

i wouldnt condone this sort of driving here either the roads were quite and it was a quick acceleration sprints.

lunchboxer i agree apart from s2k nsx or new euro accord the new honda line up is looking dogey,i do not like the dc5.

allthough every 10years honda change there models,i can guarantee the next integra type r will be mental.....................it has always been hondas most desired four seater after nsx.

In US, I think 2009 is the last year for S2000.. and NSX has been discontinued for a few years...

The most sporting Honda we get in US now is Civic Si..

The S2000 is also being discontinued here. But thats a good thing! It means 2 new even better cars that Honda's going to make in the future Although they've already discontinued research and development on the 2010 NSX which had a 600bhp V10 due to financial reasons, they will probably start it again once the economy gets better.

Honda discontinued development of the new NSX PERMANENTLY. Their press release was quite clear. The successor to the S2000 may one day appear, as they said it was 'postponed indefinitely'. Maybe a new NSX will appear, but I reckon we're looking at the long future. Honda also pulled out of Formula 1 indefinitely, all of this is because of the financial crisis.

I suspect that the next NSX whenever it comes, will be a Tesla competitor, all electric.

The old NSX was a 2 seater by the way. The new one was supposed to be a 4-seater, but now we'll never see it.

For trivia... The last S2000 rolled out of the factory on the 29th of June this year, as one of the longest running production models ever (10 years almost to the week), and looks as fresh today as it did 10 years ago.

PS. Put another second on that 0-60 time. Mine will only JUST touch 5.6 and I have a couple of performance mods. I reckon I'm putting down 210 at the wheels and about 255 at the fly, but I've no way to verify that of course without a dyno.

I removed your license plate number from the pics by the way, as you requested. Tried to completely remove the license plate on the front, and while it went quite well, it's not perfect. Good try though considering I only spent 15 mins on it.

Thats sad about the NSX, maybe the Nissan GT-R killed that project. Im not the biggest Honda fan though, my parents had a Civic Sport in 1999 which I later learned to drive with. The only good thing about it was the engine and the comfortable seats and that was it. I think the biggest problem it had was the sound insulation, once driven above 60mph the sound of the wind gave you a headache.

The NSX is in no way competition for the GTR, Honda and Nissan have WILDLY different philosophies about sports cars. Nissan likes to bring track speeds to the average noob by loading the car with electronics and AWD, Honda on the other hand is driver experience focussed and is pretty much against electronic assistance in sports cars. Also, Nissan likes forced induction, whereas honda likes high revving NAs. No doubt the GTR would be easier to drive (and therefore faster) round a track, but I'd bet my life the NSX would have been a much more pure experience, and dare I say it, more fun.

It was because of the financial crisis, honestly.
