what are you scared of?
 

what scares you or used to scare you?

i am afraid of large insects and spiders. i dont mind the small ones but once they exceed 1 inch i must destroy them. i dont like spiders regardless of size.

i used to be terrified of dogs because i was scratched my a stray my dad brought home when i was a baby. i would freak out at the sight of most dogs until i was 11, 12, maybe 13 at which point i started to develop a persona around dogs which basically told them "you leave me alone, i leave you alone". now i dont mind dogs, specifically the smaller breeds, for a few hours but i still dont like them.

i'm not afraid of them but i get nervous around girls. i have no social skills, which doesnt help. i blame my sister, she is pure evil but what sister isnt:eek::)

I'm scared of large heavy RC vehicles coming at me at high speed.

Drowning. I am an extremely good swimmer, I free dove off the Florida keys last year to catch lobster, I had a job at a marina in California where I dove down to get stuck anchors, and I can swim pretty quickly... but I am still TERRIFIED of drowning, something about all that water underneath me gives me an uneasy feeling.

Long hallways always give me a shiver down the spine.
Especially if there's a mirror at the end and I'm walking away from it.

Needless to say, The Shining still scares the pants off me to this day.

i cant swim worth spit, which is not a good thing considering i live in the mitten. im not scared of drowning, been there done that (nearly drowning, that is), i just cannot put my head under water. now fear, just cant do it.

im afraid of heights, giving presentations, and im also afraid of my dog going into the pool when we visit my uncle because i always think hes going to drown. also, im afraid of the deep end of the pool.

I have on several occasions almost taken myself out with my Baja and FG.

I get nervous as hell dealing with police. For the few times, I have dealt wit them.

Right now I'm most afraid of the stairs in my garden. The garden is split level since it's on the edge of a steep hill.
The wooden stairs have completely rotted away on the inside so they're hollow. Carrying a 60lb lawnmover up and down them really is scary. I fell through the 3rd step a few weeks ago. Really need to get that replaced.

Heights will make me shiver and shake like a scared little girl, so soon I intend to go skydiving to kick it in the butt.

Other than that nothing I can really think of.

(Side note I'm not a republican either, just democrats scare me.)

i dont do ladders, im alright with rollercoasters, hights and bridges, but i dont do ladders.

im afraid of small spiders, but only the ones that bite

im afraid of things under preassure, like the shop press, im good at it, but god do i hate pressing out seized bearings.

im afraid of electricity and water, whirl pools with lights make me nervous.

ghosts, ive seen a couple, they simply should not be.

im afraid of double charging ammo

im afraid of real runaway cars and motorcycles

but mostly ladders.

Roller coasters are awesome and such a thrill. I recommend getting over that fear.

-Having the plane I'm in break apart in flight, or be involved in a midair...can't imagine what went through the minds of people who died that way- spending the last 90 seconds of their lives falling and falling, watching the earth spin round and round ever faster, houses getting bigger, lots of wind noise, g forces, cockpit alarms going off, random voices screaming and crying, all while knowing the inevitable is coming.....(not scared of flying, just the idea of that scenario)
