Made some new apehangers
these look better methinks http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/atta...mentid=2117926 http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/atta...mentid=2117927 Also trying some other ideas like headlight, front wheel guard etc. Not conviced about the guard. The headlight needs barbwire I reckon http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/atta...mentid=2117928 http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/atta...mentid=2117929 http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/atta...mentid=2117930 |
That is pretty cool man! Looks like a lot of fun to goof around on or would look good as a lawn ornament too. Nice work!

Hehe yeh it's not a bad ride actually.
only tried it briefly around the yard, need to add more seat support. Changed the front guard as I didn't like the mesh one http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/atta...mentid=2118015 http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/atta...mentid=2118016 It's sturdy enough like that and doesn't need any support bars going back to the fork which looks pretty cool. Just need to grind the paint off now and rust it up with some hydrochloric acid :) |
I make big rusty garden ornaments and sell them at the local markets so this should be a good talking point and turn some heads.

That's cool. Very Mad Maxish.
