Default How about some new life to a dying site!

I don't wish to offend anyone BUT!!! we keep reading the same old things over and over and over again. I am getting so bored with certain threads not to mention Yeah another TF GS P-47 build and TF GS Corsair Group build where everybody mosty are just talking about nonsense or in circles Like Dorothy in the TWISTER on The Wizard of OZ. " Auntie Em it's a twister, it's a twister, and I just killed the wicked witch . Now I'm after wicked threads. BEWARE!!! Use a PM or an email instead of taking up the first page with your idle gossip and save the page for new threads and something that hasn't gone on thru 3 presidents. nYou know what I mean something that is important and interesting. I hope noboy was offended by this thread and if you were then go to a different one.

JMHO,

Barry

So everyone else is just not worth listening to? Hmmm

Ram...has nothing big to build
G-Pete has nothing to find or design
Evil has nothing to correct
Tburley has nothing to add
Chad V is just out there
P40K isn't
Yep. Everyone else is just boring.

None of you were mentioned. I just mentioned the threads that should be closed due to lack of progressing.

Barry I'm sorry buddy but it seems once again you've stuck you foot in your mouth this is probably one of at least 4 threads this month you've started only to have it turn out badly for you because someone got offended , if that's not your intention then maybe you should chose your wording better

Odd that I just told Barry to use some "tact" in the (Toe-in or Toe-out) thread and shortly after he brings the boring TF Giant P-47 build thread into the lime light.....btw that is the only thread I've posted progress of my project in!

When was the last time you actually progressed a build off the table to the field and it flew.

Give the guy a break, he's been busy cutting aluminum angle into short chunks. That stuff takes time, dedication and major attention to detail.

I have many planes I've built and fly. They were smaller and not all warbirds. I just didn't start threads except for the 1/8th scale TF GE Corsair that has been finished and flown or did you not read that thread or are you to new to know about it. Check out kit building because3 I had threads on there too. I'm sick of the same old crap said about me not finishing what I start. I've probably built and completed plus flown more planes than you have owned including your assembled ARF's. Why does it bother so many of you because I have work on my table and you either don't or finish everything in 6 months or less and it comes from China or a regular kit. I now build off blown up plans and it is more difficult than just building a kit that has all the wood the correct size in it so all you have to do is read the directions and put part A with part B and finish it. When I finish my Corsair and P-40 you will see that I do indeed finish what I start. I'm sorry if it's not on your time schedule. I didn't know this was a race. I might take 3 or 4 years to finish them but when their done it will show it was done right.

Thanks Todd, I had a pretty good laugh - reminds me on Dr. Phil words: "past behavior shows directions for future behavior"
