VA Home Loan Mailings
 

I figured lots or home owners on here and maybe some veterans. I have a VAhome loan and I think about 1-2 times per week Iget a mailing with information about being able to reduce my VAhome loan interest rate. The rate varies but it claims no closing cost etc.

Iam at 5.5% and the mailings usually have under a 4% rate. Are these some type of scams or are they for real? Idont care to call any of them but it is very tempting.

Anyone else get this type of mail?

Sky, I'm told by someone in the mortgage business that VA rates are very low right now, and, if it is a reputable company doing the solicitation, it very well may be legitimate.

 i went through with one and got a serious reduction in interest rate saving me a few hundred a month!
