Default Simcom USB cable not received

I have not receive the simcom usb cable that I ordered on June 12. I notified your customer service about this two weeks ago. Please send the cable or take the charge off of my credit card. Receipt ID: 4333-9894-9761-1248

I ordered mine on July 8th. It said on the website that they were "in stock". I usually get things from you guys in like 2-3 days b/c I live so close. I have not received it yet. Are they back ordered or something? I've NEVER had a problem ordering anything from OMP. Always had good luck and very pleased with how smoothly everything goes. I was just wondering is all

Cannot wait to get it!!!!

Yes will work for AFP, AFPD, FMS

A simple yes or no would suffice. I mean either "yes" they are shipping and why have I not received it? Or "no" we are back ordered and the "in stock" on the web site is misleading.

Talked to Vicki. She said it had not been sent, but she would send today. I should receive by Friday. Will post when its received.

Im still a little unsure as to why there was no explanation why it had not shipped and had to call to get it shipped. Oh well, I got it anyway and it works GREAT!

When it comes to technical support we can answer most questions right here. But shipping and tracking can only be done at shipping office, especially when it gets lost.

Hi guys, I was looking at buying one of these cables to use with my Artech Cessna 182 TX, it has the Earphone type jack on the rear that I plug the other end into my soundcard but I want the USB plug...will this work on my TX???

Thanks for any info...also I am in Australia..so how much to ship here?? if it is reasonable ill buy one ASAP...
