i'm sure i can find some scraps for the cap strips....i think there is a extra 4" x 1/16 x 42" that i could use.
anyway, what's the 2 strips of 1 3/8 x 1/16 x 42 for ?

Those cap the front of the ailerons prior to adding the large triangle stock. Should be on the plans.
