Default F4F Wildcat Thread

This is in my opinion one of the best if not the best RC planes I have flown. Share your thoughts, photos, and videos to join in the discussion!

Here is a very good Wildcat thread you might find useful, lotsa fun info.

http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/park...f-wildcat.html

Shooting into the sun doesn't show off my small flying field very well. It has about eighty square yards of grassy landing area that I am getting used to flying over. telephone poles on one side, industrial buildings across from houses, with trees and a radio tower across from the power lines.

Found out that posting pictures on RCU allows me to see them but others can't. So, at some point I hope RCU can get its technology fixed. No need for me to try posting any more pictures until what has already been posted becomes visible.

Put up two more flights over my small field today and am really beginning to feel comfortable with it. Larger planes should be a piece of cake in mild weather conditions.

Out.

You are very welcome! Your videos bring a whole new dimension to Wildcat fun here and with other planes on other threads as well. I hope the copy and pasted F4F shows up in the left corner here. Just an experiment to see if I can post a picture others beside me can see. Please let me know if our cat picture can be seen.

Eventually, I hope to be able to post my very own pictures, and maybe eventually even videos like you are doing so effectively. I tried to send you a PM with a picture that wouldn't post correctly on RCU. Did you receive it?

Looking forward to flying weather!

Out.

Thank you very much Sir! The latest issue of "FLIGHT JOURNAL" tells us about the startling kill ratio of the special "Wilder Wildcat" you might find to be interesting. For Aviation enthusiasts nothing captures the imagination and fuels flying fantasies like fighter plane action. That scrappy little Wilder Wildcat needs to be more appreciated because it fits so perfectly into our overall objective of using fighter planes as attention getting teaching aids in our victorious culture war campaign.

The next URL brings up information about a working free energy demonstration with modeling implications I video taped. I still have the text of the web site but like almost all of my web sites someone removed the pictures from the copied and pasted web sites that were stored in two (2) different e-mail accounts in my vain attempt to back up my web sites. Like they say, "it's always the one you don't see that gets you." Anyway, I will try to PM a copy to anyone who would like any of my web site texts. Google "GEET" to see how an inventor can be treated by the status quo.

Please see post # 5&6 on the next FW-190 "Butcher Bird" fighter thread to "enjoy" (?) a sample of my dogfighting with hackers. Post # 5 had been removed by RCU but reinstalled later after I had included it on my now "gone with the wind" CALL TO GLORY web site.

Rolling in to attack!

Out.

GOOGLE < https://www.google.com/ > " FIGHTERS - AVIATION'S ULTIMATE CALL TO GLORY, HONOR, AND IMMORTALITY (Rom. 2) " to show the close relationship between ULTIMATE ENERGY TECHNOLOGY and AVIATION'S ULTIMATE CALL TO GLORY.

PS http://www.rcuniverse.com/community/...g&memid=266748 might help show a motive behind the destruction of my web sites and pictures.

https://www.facebook.com/richard.porter.167 brings up a sample of some of my latest web warfare that's keeping me pined down a lot.

This was my first parkflyer sized airplane and frankly things didn't start so great for me with it on the maiden flight (or the warped wings lol). I ended up crashing it on its top, which it somehow survived with no damage. I learned very quickly that planes like this were really fast compared to my Champ and even my UM Mustang.

Since then, I have put tons of flights on it and have only had to replace the cowl and horizontal stabilizer even after many hard landings.

I took to the skies at a local ballpark and fell in love with this classic all over again recently. I hope you enjoy the footage captured from that outing found below:
