Default Slow Stick Motor - Up or Down Mount

Most of the Slow Sticks I've seen have the motor mounted on top of the "fuselage." Others mount the motor below the "fuselage." Which is better? Or does make no real difference of the position of the motor?

It doesn't matter a whole lot but I always assemble it with the motor on the top. It puts the thrust line a little higher.
