Default Night flying with park flyer anyone?

I've been flying glo and giant scale for 13 years and have recently found that I really like to fly battery powered park flyers, but don't like that I can't fly when its real windy during the day. So, I was wondering if anybody has designed or using night lites for their park flyer? And if so how?
Thanks

I have a friend that rigged up his norvel .061 powered astro blaster, its a flying wing canard. He put different colored led's running on a nine volt. Let me get a hold of him to ask him if their was any special wiring. I have done it on a big trainer. I put a pink glow stick on one wing tip and a green on the other. Then I taped a small maglite to the nose. The flashlight helped a lot.

I have the curtek system on my slowstick and it's a blast! Here's a pic of dusk flying at the club field.

Geez, sorry that pic hwas so grainy, but you get the idea. You can see the landing lights and wingtip lights, but not the strobe on the vert. stab. I fly in a school parking lot at night sometimes, and cars actually pull over to watch farily often. It's best to fly in dusk first to get the 'orientation by lights only' thing down.

The slow stick is the exact plane I'm flying. Its a blast during the day but I think it would be even greater at night.
Thanks for the ideas guys.

i have seen a GWS beaver flying in pitch black with the lighting on it. if you put all the right colourd lights in the right spot eg.full size navigation lights, it is easy to tell which way the plane is coming from. i know someone who you can purchas a kit of but the only problem is that iam in Australia.

hehe

I'm lucky.

I live in a cul-de-sac, and we have sodium bulbs around the circle. My Tiger Moth is QUITE visible, up to about 40 feet.
