Default Brushless replacement for 1230pa motor?

Just looking for a little more umph on my ductfan parkflyer...would like to upgrade the motor and switch to lipo.
I had no problem on my helicopter but the plane uses these little motors and cant find an appropriate replacement..Ideas???

Pictures and or better discription would help. "These little motors" just doesn't cut it.

there are many sizes of motors for pretty well any application.
