I thought about putting a V-tail on my slow stick. But then again, why? I guess to reduce some drag. If your looking for something closer to a 3D slow stick, you might try putting ailerons on your model.

I'm not trying to agrivate anybody but there is an old saying that goes something like this, " If it isn't broke, don't fix it".

If you want a 3-D plane buy one, they don't call it a SLOW STICK for nothing, it's SLOW on purpose, it was designed to be SLOW, enjoy it for what it is and get yourself another plane that is designed to go fast for those days that SLOW just won't cut it, believe me, you will double your fun and you won't end up with an abortion that won't fly well anytime.

My suggestion is go to Mountain Models and get yourself a Dandy or a Dandy Sport, you'll be grinning all the time.

Ailerons don't help you 3D... Well, usually. It's got such a big wing, I don't think you have to worry about it torque rolling during a hover :D A friend of mine has one and he hovers it.

I agree with EFlyer...if it ain't broke don't fix it.
