Flight Sim Program for Mac?

I am a Mac owner and newish electric rc flyer and am wondering if there are any good flight simulation programs out there for the Mac platform that can help me prepare for more adventurous rc flying. Do any of these come with a controller that is similar in feel to an actual rc transmitter? Thank you.

You'll probably find your answer in the Flight Sims section of this Forum off the Home Page. Go there and scroll down, you'll find it.

Unfortunately, that area seems to be populated by "bash the Mac" Anal Pukers.

Slope Soar and X-planes both have mac versions out.

Say what you will about Mac, but for the past 20 years while you guys had to WORK, I was paid, and paid WELL, to play with my Macs.

That said, Apple has made some horridly moronic decisions over the years and have brought this on themselves, sadly. Still, I'll not have a PC in my house until absolutely forced to.

Thanks for the info on the flight sims. Mac vs. Pc: folks find the darndest things to disagree and fight about.. Whatever tool works for the job is my motto.

I don't have a problem with either system, having used both. But must agree the Mac is easier to use.
It's unfortunate that Apple took some crazy decisions years ago about aftermarket software and code etc.
Best of luck in finding something.

As opposed to bash the PC Anal Pukers;)

Let's just stop throwing rocks and use what works for us.

Redwood, I've sent an e-mail about this to a good friend who also happens to be a MAC dealer over in Columbia, S.C.
Let's see what he may come up with.
