Hey Mate,
M info is as below... MOTOR - Himark (Himax) 2000KV Brushless Inrunner ESC - Motrofly 30A Esc BATTERY - Zippy 2200mA LiPo BATTERY TIME - Depending how hard I push I could probably keep her up for an hour. PROP - 7X5 prop cut down to clear the boom and balanced. RX - Spektrum AR6200 I don't know its speed but it has constant vertical. I have had to extend the wing spar as far as possible as I am in fear of tearing the wings off. I use it for both having a great time and aerial photography. Am looking at FPV to. You might get a kick out of this vid I put together. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k6hcc_zbuHw Cheers -J |

RE: The Ultimate EastyStar Brushless Combo Thread
Hiya guys - most of you know me, you Aussies!!! My specs are different to the Aussie guys, I went to an Outrunner, its easy. Take an old 400 brushed, strip out the insides (magnets everything etc) and just leeve the casing. Bolt an outrunner to the end of the casing (drilling might be needed) and you can then insert the 400 casing where it should be but with an outrunner attached. Why? Half 1/4 of the price of the Himark, lighter (maybe), easily changed by undoing 2 grub screws and can use o/runners up to 300+W.
Spec....Motor on mine E-Max 125W 2000+ 2815 o/runner 25A esc, cut-down prop like Mongs, 9grm TPro servos, any 3S lipo from 1300 to 2000+, enlarged rudder attachment. Basically, I'm a tightwad, as Mong will testify.....Byeeee.... |
