help identify a plane

On the inside cover of model airplane news (december I think)is an ad for model rectifier,,its for a charger for li-po batteries,,,,I am wondering if anyone can identify the plane, it looks sorta like a small goldberg tiger, it is flying upside down in the photo.....thanks...Rog
