does anyone know if the super simple esc from hobby city has a low voltage cut off for lipo?

It has a built in autodetect for 2S or 3S. Not sure if it is programmable - maybe with the turnigy programming card.

This one is the non-card programmable one, and many believe it is the same as the Suppo ESC. I think this sheet will help you. Try it and let us know if it works.
