eflite apprentice or supercub lp?

Looking to go a little bigger than my champ...which is a better for a beginner? I like the features of apprentice its just huge so i might go bnf and buy a dx5e for the supercub. Supercub will save me $60...

Neither is better for beginner, except for the fact that the Cub will require a little less room.

I say go for the Super Cub.

On another note, I got the Exceed cub for $69.00 RTF, It flew great on stock, but I ditched the stock electronics for a brushless set up from Hobbycity for less than $30 including the 3s lipo and it screams.

The advantage of the Apprentice is that it's a 4 channel and will give you an easy plane to fly and get 4 channel experience at the same time. I have both and like both of them. The Super Cub is easier to transport and takeoff/launch. I also have floats on the Super Cub at this time and that is another fun thing to try. The Apprentice and the float equipped BL Super Cub are on either side of the Radian plane on my truck cover. There is another non BL Super Cub hanging in the dark area behind them.

I see I'll probably go supercub just smaller and less money.
