O.S. 1.20 Four Stroke- Pumped

For sale is an O.S. 1.20 four stroke - pumped version

This engine starts right up and runs well. I am not able to get strong RPMs on the top end. I don't know much about these engines, so I'm hoping someone with knowledge can get a great deal.
