Default Balance CG upside down or right side up?

I have a Sabre 47 Profile Arf from Value Hobby. Plans or instructions say set CG 6" from leading edge at wing root. This is a mid wing profile and has a very wide fuselage. Wing is actually closer to the top of fuse. I balanced it upside down. Is that correct? Or does it make a difference? I guess I never really knew the answer. Thanks

No preferred way. It is generally easier to have the most weight on the bottom. So if a high wing, upright, with a low wing upside down. Mid wing - your choice, based on how hard/easy one way or the other is. With the heavy side down, the model won't be trying to flip itself over as easily.

Inverted is how I like to do it. Balancing is just a good starting point on a profile anyway.
