Spadstick, if you could send me a copy of the plans in autocad format that would be cool, would love to look over your design.

BTW, why did you put the rounded wing edges? That usually makes a plane fly knife edge worse, apparently not so in your case.

WS is 45
length is 54

they are more tapered than rounded.
I know what your talking about though i've read all the posts and such about tips and have seen the Flip with the cut off ends.
I have never had a problem KEing a plane with tips like these, and that's the truth (couldn't resist), no problem with the blinding roll rate either.
but i would not be offended if you built one without the tips.
if you build it with square tips though, i would make the tail square as well.

Plans,,, Please!
I use Acad 14. Anything newer won't load. I think you can save to an older version if yours is newer than 14.

Here is the first flight report.
I flew it today, nobody around to take video though[]
well i'm staring to think maybe i'll try square tips and see if the wing rocking in harrier stops.
i don't know what else to try. it does everything else well.
in 3 flights i was able to do:
Roll, rate holly cow, about 2 p/sec, when you spot it you can hear the anteni coming out the tip whip the wing
harriers, alittle rock
Hover, easy, 1/2 throttle, one TR, i'm just starting to do those
spins, nice and tight upright and invert
super smooth rollingcircles
waterfalls, good
KE is great, right stick hands off for a while
flat turns, good
KEloop, ok
elevators, ok
wall, good
didnt try a blender yet

I was playing with throws and flaperon/spoileron mixes .
spoileron did help the harrier, and it was calm enough to do low.
on the 3rd flight the TT46 quit,,,out of fuel, while 2' off the ground in a hover, dorking the tail
minor damage, already fixed it stronger than befor, although not as prity.
I also lateraly balanced it while i was at it.
In the next couple of days i'm going to make the plans alittle more user frendly
might even make a square tip version, i guess it would look like a Giles then.

Short Video, I'm working on a modification of this plane that will make it look like a Giles 202.
Enjoy
