I'm bringing my Carden Edge and my foamie. I figure I can terrorize someone at the pool party on Saturday night with the foamie. http://www.wrcc.cc/4july04/slides/IMG_1786.html

Man I have 2 brand new foamies that are in the hands of the airbrush artist that came to the Louisville Pro-Bro. He's had my planes since then and I havent gotten them back yet. I'd really love to get one together before the event so I can enjoy the evening festivities in full fashion. But as it stands I'll be doing good to get my big Edge finished comepletely.

BudMan was outdated before it was done..the state of the art in foamies was moving up so fast back then, BudMan was obsolete before he even got painted. OverSpray still has it, with the demise of the ChuckFlyer, looks like he's gonna be flying it

Well, he can't very well go to the EAC and putter about at altitude. He's gonna have to get the squat on! Just want to make sure if squat comes to dump, we got some pics before it goes down

I painted the red on top of the cowl last night and plan on putting on the stripes today. Then I can clear coat it and call it done. I will be sure and post some pics of the finished plane before I load it up in the trailer tomorrow.

Hey Ulf.........I'll be sure and think about you when I see the Porto-Potti in Chattanooga

Okay....stripes are on the cowl and graphics on the wings. Im going to wait until I get back from Chattanooga before I clear coat the cowl since it wont have time to dry. But here she is. I have one more graohic for the cowl that Im going to wait to put on.

That does look good! What time are you going to be getting there tomorrow? Does anyone know if that bypass is open or not? I remember last year there was some bypass that they were workingon that was east of Nashiville. Supposedly it will shave off some time.

No bypass........sometimes they are working on the highway over Monteagle Mountain and that causes some major delays. I really hope thats not the case.

Im either going to arrive around 9:00pm tomorrow evening or around 10:00 Saturday morning. It depends on my other half

We'll be heading down this evening but we will likely arrive kinda late. Ive still got a trailer to pack for me and my buddy and Ive got a few hours of real "work" to do before I can even begin packing the trailer.

I heard from Seeloff last night and he's going to be arriving today around 2:00 so he can warm up his fingers. I guess I'll have to throw down with the KeyKey Squat in front of all those guys.

Well sorry there arent more of my Bro's going to be there but we'll do our best to represent well

Good ole memories huh........RALPHHHHH!!!!!!

The kit is an Aeroworks. I've had it for 3.5 years and its been recovered and crashed, and modified. She's been ridden hard but she still flies well. I like the plane but I think the fuse design is very weak......well atleast for too weak for my abuse

You mean it is weak because it breaks when you crash it, what was Aeroworks thinking. Jeff Williams

Oh yeah I flew alright. And man is it different flying 3D at an event like this were theres a bunch of 35% to 40% planes in the air at once. Its like a Pro-Bro only with bigger planes. Kinda takes some getting used to. But after a few flights you feel like your at home just like a Pro-Bro.

I'll try to get some of my pics posted tomorrow.

Sorry Auger
