RE: MOJO 60 what engine,radio??
The engine should be okay and have *plenty* of power. Lots of folks prefer 4-strokes for 3D stuff but, then again, lots also prefer 2-strokes :-)
The servos are probably getting near the limits of power and speed.
The 475s are pretty slow (even on 5-cells) and 76oz/in isn't a lot when you look at those massive control surfaces and throws used in serious 3D stuff. I was using 475s on my 40-sized profiles but have found them *much* nicer to fly since I switched back to the 425 -- simply because the 425 is significantly faster, albeit with less torque. However, the 425 is way to weak for a Mojo60.
A better bet would be something with a bit more grunt if you can afford it. I'm using HS5925s on the tail and Futaba 3010s on the ailerons but any 90oz+ servo ought to do it. Lots of folks like the Futaba 3010s but I find them just way too sloppy. On my Mojo60 I end up with about 3/8" of movement at the trailing edge of the ailerons-- and it's all in the servo.
I'm currently testing/reviewing several new servos that fall into this category and will be posting the results on my new website when they're done. I can tell you it's *very* hard to find a cheap hi-torque servo that is reliable and lives up to its specifications but... :-)

What do you think about CIRRUS or WAYPOINT/bluebird servos?? no one writes about them
I personaly have a few on waypiont servos but i use them in my cars (1/5 scale) with great results. Used only one in airplane on rudder and it worked fine . But im not sure if i should use them on other surfaces becouse they dont have Hitec, Futaba or JR writen on case

The Hitec 635's would be fine for the ailerons. The other servos that you mention, will be fine...if that's what you want. It's all about you, since it is your plane and no one else's.

Your setup doesn't sound too bad... I had 9202's (90oz @6volts) on my Mojo 60... However, I flew one with some better servo's and it really made a big difference... So go with what you have.... or what's in your budget... But bear in mine... more servo will definately make a better flying plane in this case.

the Waypoint 1620 (Bluebird 620) is quite strong (claims 144oz/in on 6V) and seems to center well.
the Waypoint 1621 (Bluebird 621) is supposedly faster and a bit weaker -- but it's *awful*. Centering is not so good and it's actually *slower* than the 1620/620. This is one to avoid!
Right now I'm looking at the 630/631 from Bluebird, also sold under several other brandnames and they seem okay so far.
I'll publish the full details when my new website goes up.

No, the Mojo60 is a kit -- and you need to buy your own hardware (hinges, horns, clevises, wheels, tank, etc) -- but it's a very well designed kit and I was most impressed with both the design and the quality of the wood included.
My Mojo 60 has a Saito 100 on it and it's a *rocket*!
None of my 40-sized profiles come close to matching the Mojo 60's performance.
