Sealing Hinge gaps - Help please
 

I have built a Balsacraft's Limbo Dancer from a kit. Despite my best efforts, there are hinge gaps in the control surfaces of about 2mm or 3/32".

Any suggestions for the best and easiest way to seal these gaps.

i find the easiest way to seal hinge gaps is to use some packing tape about 2 inches wide, run that along your hinge line, but you got to deflect the control surface first.

I use scotch "Cyrstal Clear Tape" which is in the red dispenser. This tape is very tough, you can't tear it with your hands. Works really well and is easy to put on.

Stick the tape to one side of the surface. Fully deflect the surface and run your finger along the gap to slightly tuck the tape into the gap. Then stick the tape to the other side of the surface.
