what type of ribbon works best for limbo
we have experimented with sheetrock tape but that can't hold up to the wind.
we have aslo used duck tape but that doesn't want to give when the plane hits it.. what do you guys use? |

We use orange surveyors tape, very pliable but tightens up nicely between the poles.

We use cray paper .... like they use at kids parties but the trick is to hook one end to the pole and the other to an electric starter and wind the ribbon up until it is twisted the whole length and ends up about an inch in diameter.....holds up well in the wind and will still brake asily when a plane hits it. plus its cheap.

Hitec runs a fun fly in San Diego. They use razor wire... no kidding. I understand that there is a rather large pile of useless foam when the event is over.
