Right Thrust?
With my 46 FX no right thrust was required. When I switched to the Saito 72 it was mandatory. I added 1 washer..how ever many degrees that is.

Right Thrust?
Im asking because when i point the nose up it wants to pull left.
I also use a MDS 46 (dont laugh it runs good) Would right help me? I also notice most people are hovering the topcap alittle foward. It seems to me mine hovers better leaning back alittle. Any ideas? Later Chris |
Right Thrust?
chris, I always put 2 washers under the front to eng mounting holes, who knows I might could live without it. I just do it, give it a shot. Need to find somebody that can make some shems out of aluminum and buy them in bulk....Gator

Right Thrust?
Had the same problem with my TopCap 2 washers under the front of each motor mount done the job.

Right Thrust?
You should start by adding about 2 degrees of right thrust, a washer or two on the front mounting bolts is what most guys use...

Right Thrust?
Just tried 1 washer today and it is not enough.
I guess ill add another tonight. Man I hate to take that engine Off again :( Later Chris |
Right Thrust?
If you can use some larger washers to cover more area because the little ones seem to just sink into the wood rails...
