Hinges on profiles

What are the preferred hinges on profile planes? CA type or the actual hinge type. I am assuming the hinge type because of less resistance with high throws.... The plane is a burrito and it will have digitals running the surfaces.

thanks

radio south 1/4 scale CA hinges on my profiles !
Tip: I mark a line in the middle on both sides of the hinge with a crayon to keep the CA out of the center of the hinge. This keep the hinge flexible and prevents breaking from becoming to briddle if to much CA was used.
