Winter project

I was there at the flying field contemplating a winter project, having just been discussing twin engined planes . When looking at my Mojo 60. I thought, I've the plans for a Taco how about twin fus with two 25's? A profile Lightening! Or similar.

Anyone else got any whacky ideas or mad projects.
