Lost OMP edge instructions.

I can't find the instructions for a newly covered OMP edge and I was wondering if anyone could tell me the CG location? EAGER to get this one in the air!!

Instructions recommend from 1.5-2" behind the spar. I hink mine is around 1.25" or so. Flies great at this point, but I'm going to experiment with back a little further. At 2" back, it was too unstable (for me) in level flight. Would either climb bad or dive bad.

You'll love the plane. It will recover out of the most extreme positions in a heartbeat, so you don't have to be afraid of trying stuff low down. 6 feet is plenty of altitude!

That is great to hear. It weighs in at about 3.8 - 3.9 pounds so it should fly great. My TopCap ARF is about 5.25 pounds flies OK but if "feels" heavy. So I have come REAL close to pounding it in from a hover really low.

CG

Place your initial cg at 1.5 inches behind the spar and you will be fine. Trim the plane for level flight and then roll inverted. If the plane climbs then move your cg up a bit; if it dives then move the cr aft. With a neutral cg this plane is rock solid stable and has no bad tendencies.
