Can you ID this profile bipe?

1 Attachment(s)
I picked up this profile bipe at a swap meet, but don't know what kit it is. Of course, I have no documentation either. Can you identify it?

Here are the specs:

Top Wing: 45", Bottom: 42"
Length: 44"
Engine: YS 53
Sheeted foam core fuselage
Bottom wing through the fuse (not an open saddle)
Ailerons: 5 1/4 x 20"

Any help with CG, control throws, etc. would be greatly appreciated.

That's an Accel Hobby Pitts ARF designed by Quicker. I did some work on the plane. Ask away!!! I still have some pics from my build.

Generally:

Throws are all you can get. You will want lots of expo, even on the rudder. Literally, start out with like 50% to 60%, pending your experience level. I ended up with like 40% on all.

CG is pictured below:

OK, thank you. Now that I know what it is, I searched and found a few threads on the plane. There is some discussion of reinforcing the fuselage, but no clear description. Do you have any additional information on that?

You wouldn't by chance have or know where I can find an electronic version of the manual?

I did not reinforce mine, but the idea has merit. It's a white foam core fudelage, sheeted in balsa. I'm sure you could get some carbon in there somehow, but I never worried about it.

If you send me a direct email addy, I'll send you a copy of the manual. I can't attach a pdf to this post.

When you get to make the aileron interconnect pushrods, do not do what the manual says. After it went to print, we came up with a better way...
