How do you install/mount your RX

I'm finishing a .40 sized profile and I'm trying to figure out how to install/mount the RX. I have other profiles but this is different in that I'm installing a Futaba 2.4ghz 8 ch RX. I have installed 72 mhz RX by wrapping them in foam and running the antenna outside. I have never used this new 2.4 stuff before. I've heard you don't need to or don't mount the RX in foam. I'm also lost on what you do to the 2 antennas that stick out. How do you guys install your Futaba 2.4 RX's and what do you with the antennas? I guess the object is to keep the RX from moving/bouncing around. Pictures and or details would help. BTW, the RX is in the wing accessed by removable wing hatches.
Thanks

I just use velcro.

I velcro mine in the fuse. It will be fine in the wing. Just be sure the thin portion of your ant are 90 degrees to each other. Just glue down some pushrod tube or even fuel line next to the RX at the 90 degree angle. Then just push your 2 ant's in the tubes.

I use velcro for all componentes like battery, ESC and Rx
The antenna is fixed at approx 90° with simple durex.

For the antennas I glue fuel tubing in position, and slide the antennas in.

I used velcro one wrap. Epoxy a small section to the wing sheeting then 1/4" foam and wrap it with the velcro. Mount so that the antennas can end up 90 degrees from each other.
