oil content
My J600R runs on 5% oil. All my other engines run on 3% oil. That means I have to keep two separate fuel tankers and pumps etc. Since I suspect that all the engines are using the same bearings, is there any good reason why i can't run my J600R on 3% oil, or is it just the case that you haven't long term tested one at that % and therefore don't know?

RE: oil content
Most turbines are running on 5% oil mix and you will have shorter life-span with 3% mix. Bearings may or may not be the same and each engine's make has its own fuel/oil distribution ratio. We have been running with 5% oil mix and our engines are healthy with this mixture so please stick with 5% mix. BTW, you can replace 3% mix with 5% mix and this is actually good for the engines.
