Time for an overhaul on my 1300. What can I expect for the turn around time?

Hi Tom

I averaged about 10 to 14 days turn around when I have sent my 600's or 1300 in for service. I have had a couple of 600R engines arrive in 4 days when I ordered them this last summer. I used to send them DHL both ways but now I have to send it UPS over and it comes back DHL. Hope that helps.

Thanks Roy. I would have thought the PST guys would be more supportive of their motors. Guess not.

sent mine in for warranty repairs got it back in a month

Just had my PST600 repaired at the factory (bearing replacement)...took five days to repair. It seems the longest part of the repair cycle is the travel time to and from the factory. I did all those things the factory wanted before sending....saves time. This was the second zero-time repair by the factory for one of my engines. Both have been extremely fast. Absolutely great service.

Mine has been in the shop for 2 weeks. Dont know whats going on.

Any update on this matter?

B777 last login was late July....Methinks support is secondary?
