Vacuum Bag a Q40 Wing
One of the relatively lost arts is the process of building a Q40 wing.
The construction covers a building a "Stinger" sheeted foam wing. The processes covered in this thread are based upon what I've learned from Kevin Matney and others.
The Stinger is a mid wing model that was designed by Duane Gall.
Begin by using 3M77 and tape to join the foam parts.
Note: The picture upload was not working so I published on NMPRA.org instead. Check out Forum, Building Tips, and Vacuum Bag a Wing.
