What's the Best Q-500 for 424 and for 428?
What is the best for 424- Lainer Predator-Q-500, Lainer Dominator or Great Planes Viper- Q-500?
How about for 428 Vortex?

For 424, all the planes you mentioned above (Viper, Predator, and Dominator) would all be fine. I prefer the predator because it comes out much lighter than the viper. Then again, if your going to be tough on the airframe (poor landings, etc..) The viper might hold up better.
As to 428, its tough to say there's anything that flies better or faster than a Vortex. The Neme-Q and Neme-Q Plus are about as close as anything, and I would round out the top five with the V-Max, Bird of Prey, and Shotgun.
I don't believe you can still get a v-max however.

Talked with Tim Lawlor a few nights ago.... and he mentioned that ALL his molds are for sale. The V-Max and his Ashley Q40.. he might take $5000K for both plane molds...
