Default What is the difference?

...in lap times between a Q500 424 type model using standard .40 or .46 motors and the Q500 428 class using proper Q500 motors?

Many Thanks

About a $300 difference in the cost of the motor

You can now buy a Vortex, Hurrikane, or Seeker kit with composite wing for around $400

$1000 is a bit of a stretch if your willing to do a little building on your own. The new kits are pretty easy to build with the tab and lock construction.

I've never been to a contest where lap times were measured in dollars...

Basic Vortex Kit is $375.

Composite wing, with laser cut tab and lock fuze kit.

Extra Colors on wing, Numbers, and Shipping are extra, but still a great buy.

Mine should be here in a couple weeks, I'll post a picture of what you get.

Randy Bridge turned times between 1:05 and 1:08 with his at last weekends race.
